How to obtain information
Information regarding presumed abandoned vehicles and the vehicle recovery process can be obtained by emailing recover@supertowing.co.nz. Please include proof of ownership and valid photo identification with your enquiry.
Proof of ownership
- Current registration papers
- Sale receipt
- Insurance documents
- NZTA registration confirmation
- Change of ownership documentation
Approved identification
- NZ driver licence
- Passport
- Kiwi Access Card
- Government-issued photo ID
For privacy and security reasons, we can only release information to the registered owner at the time the vehicle was towed.
